This small, unique Museum portrays the history of chocolate complete with sculptures such as a huge chocolate carriage with horses. You can watch pastry makers at work in the Barcelona Patisseria School across the courtyard. The friendly staff in the café/store will give you advice on which chocolate goes best with champagne. Of course, candy is available from chocolate covered almonds that look like rocks to lollypops with burros. Or make up a gift basket stocked with chocolate and orange marmalade and even chocolate wine.

Pablo Ruiz Picasso was born in Malaga the 25th of October 1881. The family moved in Barcelona in September 1895.
The Picasso Museum in Barcelona is indispensable for understanding the formative years of Pablo Ruiz Picasso. The genius of the young artist is revealed through the more than 3,500 works that make up the permanent collection. However, the Picasso Museum also reveals his relationship with Barcelona: an intimate, solid relationship that was shaped in his adolescence and youth, and continued until his death.
Special exhibition : Picasso and his private personal collection up to March 30th 2008. Renoir, Matisse, Rousseau, Dali, Miro, Van Dongen ….
During your stay in Barcelona, you can hire an apartment in the old centre near the Picasso museum and the trendy Born area.
