Opening Hours
Spanish people eat very late. Normally, they go to restaurants for lunch between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm and for dinner not earlier than 9:00 pm. Restaurants therefore mostly open their kitchen at 9:00 pm and close at about 12: 00 am. Nevertheless, due to the huge number of tourists who are not used to eat late, many restaurants in Barcelona start to serve earlier, especially around Las Ramblas and the Barrí Gotic.
Prices
Spanish restaurants very often offer three course lunch menus (menú del día) that include salad, plates and a drink for a low price (5-15 Euro). In the evenings prices are a bit higher, starting at about 15 Euros. Nevertheless there are restaurants in every price category.
Tipping
There are no fixed rules for tipping and local people tip very little. It is common to tip about 5 percent for a waiter in a restaurant. Leave the money on the table when you are leaving.

However, the Picasso Museum also reveals his relationship with Barcelona: an intimate, solid relationship that was shaped in his adolescence and youth, and continued until his death.

SUNTRANSFERS.com offers airport transfers for many airports in Spain.
If you’ve flown to Barcelona before, you already know that it can be a frustrating process getting from the airport to your chosen accommodation . The airports of Barcelona, Reus and Girona all have taxi ranks, but often there are queues, and if you have a larger group (more than 3) or arrive early or late it can be difficult to find a suitable vehicle – and even if you do the prices can be high.
A better idea is to book your private airport transfer before you travel, and you’ll have one less thing to worry about when you arrive – just imagine having a driver waiting for you at arrivals with a big sign with your name on!. Suntransfers.com are specialists in cheap airport transfers in Spain – you can get a quick quote from their website.
